On hearing this Siddarth reminded her back stating that their film together - Aayitha Ezhuthu - too was done in sync sound! And Trisha immediately clarified the same to the other, “Ok for the second time,” she said.
Well, good to see Trisha and Siddharth are still in touch!

Arya's Thali Trick with Amy Jackson

He says Amy has been my hottest co -star. But the beautiful girl Amy was alarmed throughout the shoot of Madrassapattinam. He laughs quietly Well, I was blackmailing her using a thali.
Now, don’t write it wrong The story goes like this. Apparently, before shooting the scene where I tie the thali around Amy’s neck, Amy had asked me what was the significance of thali. And the joke that i told her was if I tied it around your neck, she would become my wife and she will not be able to go back to the UK.
So, whenever I needed to get something done from Amy during the shoot, I would just tell her that I would tie the thali and Amy would instantly agree.Wasnt that a smart move!! the entire press laughs..

Sampath in Kannada and malayalam
Actor Sampath after impressing the tamil audiences with his performance in Goa, Asal,Kattradhu Kalavu is now all set to impress the Kannada audience with two of his forthcoming flicks, which have Darshan and Puneet Rajkumar playing the leads.
Sampath who was part of the Mohanlal star Sagar Alias Jacky says It's really great to experiment with so many languages. I just finished a Malayalam film with Prithviraj, in which I play a baddie, who speaks in Tamil and English. My biggest advantage is that I can fluently speak Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, and can dub in all the languages. I am now brushing up my Malayalam.
Sampath just cannot stop gushing about the scintillating number he did for the film. I had a blast dancing with a Ukrainian danseuse. She was so flexible that for a minute I felt she had no bones in her body. She was mind-blowing.
And what's happening on the Tamil front other than known projects Bhavani IPS and Aaranya Kaandam? I am currently busy with the Bharath-starrer Yuvan Yuvathi. I am also eagerly waiting for Varnam directed by Raju S.M, in which I have done a spectacular role.

Sooner, the project was dropped and Vikram made official confirmations about working with ‘Yaavarum Nalam’ fame Vikram Kumar in a sci-fi thriller movie titled ‘24’.

The film’s shooting was about to take off on August 7 in Salem and Boopathy Pandian was the director. All of sudden, the actor has dropped the project and has now signed ‘Madharasapattinam’ fame Vijay for his next movie.
Let us hope the actor at least completes this project perfectly unlike his other films that were dropped on halfway.

Kamal Kamaraju the Aayiram Vilaku Villain
Kamal Kamaraju the Aayiram Vilaku Villain
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2010 CATEGORIES: KAMAL KAMARAJU
Kamal Kamaraju, who plays a negative role in this film, says he wanted to enter Tamil cinema with a different role and this proved just perfect. When I entered acting, I did it with the intention of playing different roles. I was from a non-filmy background and it took me a while to reach here, so I know the grind. And from the bottom of my heart, I always wanted to do a negative role. I've seen how actors like Prakash Raj leave an impression on the audience and it pricked me for long. I didn't want to be just a soft hero. I wanted to get into Tamil cinema as a villain and I've done just that, he says.
He seems to feel the kollywood to be a wonderful place. I've always wanted to be here and have lot of respect for the people here. Kollywood has produced legends like Mani Ratnam. I'm honoured to work here.
When asked what was his dream roles, the Kamal immediately says,I wouldn't really ‘choose big roles but I want to go to a level where I can add my own style to a character like Rajinikanth does or Vikram did in Pithamagan and Raavanan.Of course, there are some dream roles. I'd like to play an emperor in a period film, he smiles.
Kamal does not reveal much about his future projects either though there are a couple of films in Tamil and Telugu but he is sure to make a mark in Tamil cinema first,

Rattha Charitram insults Pawan kalyan -head tonsure scene
When Ram Gopal Varma started shooting for Rattha Charitram, he must have anticipated that the film would run into controversy. After all, it does revolve around the rivalry between two Andhra politicos — Paritala Ravi and Maddelacheruvu Suri. In fact, Suri is currently in Bangalore Jail for killing the former.
And it has happened even before the film’s release. In a scene from the movie, Vivek Oberoi, who plays the late Ravi, watches a rebel going through the humiliation of having his head shaved in public. This scene has sparked off much resentment among the public after Varma released as the still.
Fans of Power Star Pawan Kalyan and brother Chiranjeevi have posted angry messages against Varma. They believe that this scene confirms rumours that Paritala Ravi had got Kalyan tonsured years ago.
Apparently, when Ravi was alive, Pawan Kalyan and he had got into a dispute over a plot of land in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The actor was roughed up by the Telugu Desam Party minister who had said he’d teach Kalyan a lesson he’d remember for life. A few days later, Kalyan was seen tonsured head. When asked, he maintained dignified silence.
After this incident, Kalyan doesnt want to talk on this. Chiranjeevi is said to be really upset with Varma for raking up an old story and is supposedly running him down in his Praja Rajyam Party office.
However, Varma wasn’t very forthcoming. “Seems there’s a lot of speculation on this photograph. Tonsuring is a standard practice in matters of humiliation. There is no role of a film actor in Rakta Charitra,” was all he was willing to say.

But, destiny has its own plan,” .
Revealing how he roped in the Telugu superstar, he says, “Nag Chaitanya is a good friend of mine. When Nagarjuna heard the story, he was thrilled about being a part of it. In fact, he was so eager that I decided to make the film in Tamil and Telugu.”

Ravi varman on Moscowin Kaveri
Ravi Varman, the award-winning Tamil cinematographer, turns as director in Moscowin Kaveri has seen, every small step has sprung as a surprise for the cinematographer-turned-director. “Life has indeed been great. I’m enjoying every moment of it,” begins Ravi Varman.
The director is all excited as his maiden directorial venture Moscowin Kaveri, a romantic fare that revolves around the current generation, is gearing up for release. “Youngsters these days do not really have the time to bask in the essence of true love. Life for them has become a race and hence, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to call their love avasara kadhal! I wanted to explore romance with its egos and quarrels as prevalent among youngsters these days,” effuses the director.
Disclosing details about the star cast and how he selected them for them for the movie, Ravi says, “There are primarily three characters — Rahul Ravindran, Harshvardhan and Samantha. I saw Rahul in few television commercials and instantly realised that the boy is a powerhouse of talent. As for Harshvardhan, who is the son of veteran actor Y Gee Mahendra, acting is in his genes. Samantha plays the female lead and she has done a fabulous job in the film. In fact, Moscowin Kaveri was supposed to be her launch vehicle.”
The title of the film is quite unpredictable. “Quite unpredictable, isn’t it? Moscow is the Capital of Russia by the Moskva River and Kaveri is in south India. The relationships portrayed in my film are like a blend of two rivers — pure but confusing. Once you watch the film, you’ll understand why I named it that way,” he says.
The film has been in the making for quite some time. why? the director is asks back. “Why is it that questions are raised only when a regional film is delayed? I just want my film to be perfect. In fact, I finished shoot in just 50 days. Some minor touch-ups were needed and that delayed the film’s release. Moreover, it’s not easy to come up with a film for which you are handling the megaphone, cranking the camera, writing the script and also handling the costumes!”
So you feel hard to handle so much depatments? “Not really! It was, in fact, easy because the film was entirely my baby.”
